What is Rock Hard Press?
Rock Hard Press is a small, independent publisher of speculative erotica novels, novellas, and novelettes.
Why is it called Rock Hard Press?
It is a tongue-in-cheek reference to our favorite part of the male anatomy. We do publish erotica, after all.
Who runs Rock Hard Press?
Under the covers, Harper Sinclair is the Publisher and Founder. Bella Kensington is our Editor-in-Chief. Aside from them, we have five more editors and five people in various support roles—a total of a dozen on staff.
That’s quite a team. How do you pay everyone?
Well, we can’t, so we don’t. Everyone on staff at Rock Hard Press is currently volunteering their time, though we hope to get paid down the road.
Why is everyone working for free?
We all love speculative erotica and want to raise the bar in our favorite genre. Some of us (Olivia, for example) aspire to a full-time career in publishing, so this is a valuable experience to prepare for that jump.
When did Rock Hard Press start?
We started up in October 2023.
Have you published anything yet?
Not yet, but we have two digital magazines and three books in the works, so we’ll start publishing in January.
Aside from buying what you publish, how can I support Rock Hard Press?
We’re so glad you asked! We don’t have a Patreon at this point, so the next best thing is becoming a Patreon supporter of one of our magazines: Stone Cold Stories and/or GAZMYK.
Do you plan to set up your own Patreon?
We’re considering it, but we’d need to offer some compelling perks to make it worthwhile for our supporters. Editing services could be an option, along with free books and access to a Discord server. If you have ideas, please let us know.
